Contact Cards
Compact card grid grouped by Atelier / Client / Factory. Larger avatar, mono role label, icon-button contact actions, pending-invite state.

Directory Spine
Split layout: left mono label spine per group, dense member rows with avatar, name, role, last-active. Factory group carries the firewall note.
